- CAMP ACTIVITIES: Each camp week is filled with planned, well-supervised, fun events, activities, and teachings. Classes include Math,

Field Trip fill the afternoons. A weekly Chapel with skits, sing-a-longs, puppets and games is always inspiring and entertaining.

socks, modest shorts / tops, and one piece bathing suits (while swimming only) are a must. No halter tops should be worn. No sandals
except on pool trips. Campers must wear camp shirts for ALL events and activities off campus.

not require refrigeration. A morning fruit snack break is taken at @ 9:30a.m. and children are to eat fruit brought from home. An afternoon
snack provided by camp is taken at @ 3:00p.m..

- POOL SAFETY: Children ages three, four, and often five swim in a shallow, fenced-in toddler pool. Children entering kindergarten 5, first
and second grade may need to wear a life jacket if they desire to swim in the big pool. We encourage you to purchase a life jacket for
your child’s safety. (All children must complete a swimming test administered by the pool lifeguards before being permitted to swim
in the big pool.) Swimshoes are recommended for pool days.

- CAR SEATS: Although the State Law does not require car seats on school buses, we require car seats for children if they are under
four years of age when traveling on our buses. Labeled car seats can be dropped off at camp daily.

- SIGN IN / SIGN OUT: All children must be signed in and signed out daily by their parent or guardian. Any disputes over ELC sign-in
or sign-out times must be discussed with the school office within three (3) months of the date of the statement in dispute, or payment
will be required as invoiced.

- CONTACT INFORMATION: Maintaining accurate parental contact information is vital. If any phone numbers, emergency contact names,
or your address changes, please inform the camp office in writing as quickly as possible.
