| When enrolling more than one student, the youngest child automatically becomes the first child and is charged the higher rate. Other children would then pay the 2nd student tuition. | ||
ELC - Morning and Afternoon Extended Learning Center is available for students from 6:30-8:00 a.m. and from 3:30-6:00 p.m. The children are dismissed to class from the gym at 8:15 a.m. The instructional day begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. The fee is $2.75 per half hour for the first child, $1.38 per half hour for the second child and third child. The fee is billed in 30 minute increments, for example: from 3:30 p.m. until 4:10 p.m. the rate is $5.50. From 3:30 p.m. until 4: 30 p.m. the rate is still $5.50.
- Children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
- Fees will increase to $1.00 per minute for each minute a child remains until 6:00 p.m.

Christian Center School does require that new students be tested
(the exception is 3 year olds). Additional information is available in the office about the testing options available.
In-House Abeka Test (see Testing sheet for explanations) - $75.00
Third Graders begin flute-a-phone lessons in October as a part of the curriculum. Each student must have their own flute-a-phone The price for the flute-a-phone and book set is $12.00. Third grade parents will be billed in the 1st quarter.
The K5 Classes have a Graduation Program each year. The K5 students wear caps & gowns and have an opportunity to demonstrate many of the skills they have learned throughout the year. These events take place at the end of the school year. An additional $60.00 for K5 is included in the Eighth Monthly Statement.
Money for special activities, e.g., fundraisers, field trips, etc., are to be sent to school in a sealed envelope labeled with the following:
1. Child's name and grade
2. Purpose and amount
3. Teacher's name
4. Date
A late fee of 10% of the Total Amount Due will be charged to school accounts showing a balance due after the 10th of the month. When the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, please make arrangements to have the payment in to the office prior to the 10th to avoid a late fee. The maximum late fee is $30.00 unless the account is over 30 days Past Due.
Interest will be applied at the rate of 18% per annum to all accounts 30 days in arrears. The student will not be allowed to return to school until the account is brought to date. If your account is turned over to our collection agency, a fee of 40% of the account balance will be charged by the collection agency.
A fee of $30.00 will be charged for each returned check. If two checks are returned, the account will be on a money order/certified check ONLY basis.
We are unable to accept postdated checks.
Written notice is required 30 days prior to withdrawing your child(ren) from CCS. With a 30 day notice, your tuition will be pro-rated from the date you notify us of your voluntary withdrawal. If a 30 day notice is not given, you are responsible for the full tuition payment for the following month. Military families that are being transferred out of the area on quick notice from the government are exempt from this policy and should turn in transfer papers as soon as received.
